Airports Project Manager
Mid-Atlantic States
We are seeking an experienced airports project manager with five years experience in airport design and construction. The candidate for this position should be familiar with FAA, PENNDOT, MDOT, VDOT, and NJDOT regulations as they apply to airport design. Experience in storm water management and erosion, sedimentation control design, and plan development is also necessary.
Applicant must have a bachelor degree in civil engineering. A PE, or the ability to acquire within one year is preferred. Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation is required. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with contractors and review agencies. Attendance at meetings with airport authorities and municipalities will also be necessary.

Traffic Engineer
Various PA locations
This position will be located in Pennsylvania; successful candidate could work in one of the offices at Corporate in Ebensburg, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, State College or West Chester, PA. Responsibilities will include developing and determining the impact associated with growth rates, traffic patterns, etc. depending on client/highway needs for reevaluation or design. Strong background with experience in signal design and in the preparation of traffic impact studies; origin and destination studies; preliminary roadway/corridor studies; feasibility studies, and parking studies will be necessary for this position.
Seeking a candidate with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, and 8-10 years of experience in traffic engineering/transportation planning. PE preferred, but not required. Experience utilizing traffic modeling/analysis tools such as Highway Capacity and Synchro are necessary; SimTraffic, CORSIM, VISSIM, or TRANSYT 7F as well as Excel, and Microstation helpful but not required. Must possess experience in public relations project management, budgeting, supervision, and excellent written/verbal skills.

Transportation Project Manager
